Today I am linking up with The Blended Blog to show how I would wear a Spring sweater, jeans & flats. This is a combination that I would consider my uniform year round. In the Fall and Winter the flats are often switched with boots because I have a deep love for boots, and it gets dang cold here in New England! I picked my new navy and cream, sailor sweater from Loft, along with Rockstar skinny jeans from Old Navy, and pointy toed leopard print flats from Target. The Rockstar skinny jeans from Old Navy have an elastic waist, which isn’t normally something I would go for, but these were on clearance a few months ago and they are very dark, which I like. My Spring statement necklace is from Charlotte Russe. I thought that the peach from the flowers would go very well with navy and mint, two colors that fill my Spring wardrobe. The leopard flats that I’m wearing are no longer in stock, but there are many nearly identical pairs out there this season. Leopard is a neutral and I can’t get enough of it!!
Please excuse the cat hair laden carpet… we have yet to find a vacuum that will pick up cat hair on this rug. Our iRobot and Kenmore just seem to ball up the hair and not pick anything up! It was cold and snowy out today so I couldn’t take my Springy pictures outside!
My attempt at a flat lay! I need a marble background in order to be a REAL blogger… hahaha.

While shopping for the Spring challenge I made sure to add some necessary pieces to my most recent Rocksbox request. I received the Kendra Scott Elisa silver necklace in Iridescent Druzy, the Gorjana Isla Hoops in Gold, and the Perry Street Olivia necklace. I loved how the Perry Street Olivia necklace photographed!! AMAZING!!! If you haven’t joined Rocksbox yet but want to try, use my code BrendaBFF71 and you’ll get your first month free!
